[Saba Sports News] According to German media reports, Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala has collaborated with a journalist to create two children’s books. Musiala worked with Julian Wolf, a reporter from Die Welt, on two children’s books titled The Beginning of My Football Adventure and My Start at Bayern, each priced at €12. The books are aimed at children aged 7 and over, including readers with reading difficulties, and are typeset with large fonts and short paragraphs. Musiala tells his own story in a comic style, sharing childhood anecdotes and his experiences during his first few months in Munich. Among them, The Beginning of My Football Adventure was officially released this Thursday, in which Musiala mentions his nervousness before his first professional team training session. In addition, Musiala also recalls his astonishing goal-scoring records as a child in the books.
The editor believes that Musiala doesn’t just want to share his own story, but also hopes to get more children interested in reading. After all, he has gained so many fans with his football skills, and he wants to offer young supporters something different. When I was little, I also loved reading these kinds of storybooks about football stars, and I always stared at the illustrations inside. I wonder if the cartoons in these two books actually look like Musiala himself.
