(SabaSports) Legion Hoops reposted a video of Bronny James’ latest shooting drill with the caption, “Bronny is working hard for his rookie season in the NBA.” The video shows Browne working with trainer Ryan Grande on his ability to create space for shots, an important skill for him.
In this year’s Las Vegas Summer League, Browne appeared in four games, averaging 8.8 points, 3.5 rebounds and one assist in 25.1 minutes per game. However, his shooting performance is clearly a weakness, shooting only 35 percent, three-point shooting is as low as 15.8 percent. Brownie needs to improve his shot timing and ability to create space.
In practice with Ryan Granlund, Browne focused on dribble and stepping up to create space. Grande emphasized the quick connection between dribbling and stepping up to help Brownie create more shots.
