[Saba Sports News] Fans of Lonzo Ball got some encouraging news on Monday.
Ball is expected to play in the Chicago Bulls’ preseason game against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday, marking his first potential game action since January 2022 due to knee surgeries and complications.
The Bulls have three preseason games this week, and they’re hoping Ball can suit up on both Wednesday and Friday.
The 26-year-old guard aims to be ready for the regular season opener on October 23, despite experiencing some knee soreness after a recent team shootaround.
Since joining the Bulls in 2021, Ball has appeared in just 35 games. He was originally the No. 2 overall pick by the Lakers in 2017.
