[Saba Sports News] Jayson Tatum might have just lifted the Larry O’Brien Trophy, but he’s inked a different kind of trophy onto his body.
The Boston Celtics star revealed on Snapchat over the weekend that he got a new and rather unusual tattoo—an image of himself holding the All-Star Game MVP Trophy. Tatum, a five-time All-Star, won the MVP award in 2023. While it might seem like an odd choice to commemorate permanently, the award is named after his idol, the late Kobe Bryant, which adds a personal touch.
At 26 and already an NBA champion, Tatum has had plenty of tattoos over the years. This is the second time recently that his ink has made headlines—the first being when another athlete seemingly copied one of his designs.
