Noah Lyles may have finally found an NBA player he admires. The American sprinting star attended the U.S. Open in Queens, N.Y., on Saturday, where he posed for a photo with Dallas Mavericks center Dereck Lively.

Lyles has perfected the art of NBA criticism.

The NBA seems to be united in their disdain for Noah Lyles.

“You want to invite me to an event for a man who hasn’t even been to an NBA Finals? In a sport you don’t care about? And you’re giving him a shoe?” Lyles said, adding that while Edwards is a great athlete, he felt he deserved similar recognition.

Team USA Basketball delivered a predictable yet pointed post after their gold medal victory.

Lyles is the latest star athlete to join the fingernail painting trend, and NBA legend Dwyane Wade loved it.
